It is through an unbending, unyielding love from God to us through the sacrifice of his one and only Son, Jesus Christ that we have the opportunity to be free. It is through grace that we have the ability to not fear death, but rather have the ability to have everlasting life in heaven with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Get out of the Boat Ministries was developed as a way to spread the Word of God to those who may not be as familiar with Him. It is also meant to teach about Jesus in a manner that is open and practical.
Several years ago, God placed a vision on my heart that I should become a Pastor and help lead others to the Kingdom. I doubted God for a long time before ever venturing down the road that we are now on. My life was spent predominantly without a relationship with God. Then God blessed me. He took a miserable broken man and blessed me with a wonderful family, a burning for his word, and the faith to step out. Thus Get out of the Boat was born.
It is only through God's grace that I write for you. It is only through the Holy Spirit that I am able to share God's message. And it is only through the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ that I am free and alive!! Please embark with me on a journey to get closer to God!!
